Canceled checks, 1835; miscellaneous correspondence; list of voters, 1837, and election returns, 1838-1840, for Willingborough Township; receipts, an account and related proposals, 1838-1839, pertaining to the construction of a toll bridge across the Rancocas River; papers, 1834-1850, relating to the settling of various estates for which Stokes served as an executor or administrator; and other papers. Also miscellaneous papers, 1859-1869, of son Jarret Stokes (1823-1870). Among the estate papers for Hope Haines are one or two letters (and several receipts for legal services) from Peter D. Vroom, as well as two receipts (for legal services rendered to Haines) from Samuel L. Southard. Included among the miscellaneous papers is "A list of the members of friends and those stiled orthodox belonging to Old Springfield preparative meeting" which is endorsed: "Statement Friends & Orthodox at Separation in 1827." For each person named the total number of persons in the family is stated and enumerated by category: ministers, elders, overseers, male and female adults and male and female children. Also among the miscellany is an unsigned commentary on slavery, 1838, in the form of a letter.

A meeting for worship during the winter months was established at Esiskunk Creek by Burlington Monthly Meeting in 1682/3; later that year the meeting was permitted to meet on a year-round basis.
